Why do you want this character, and
why do you think you deserve him/her? I love playing canon characters more than customs. Raditz is my favorite, under appreciated Saiyan and deserves to have someone rp him right.
Role-play Example:
Tien had began his day like any other, taking in the morning hours of
cool and silence to meditate and focus his ki. As the day grew on and
passed further into the high point of the sun, the Earthling would often
change his tactics from meditation to straight out martial arts, deep
in the deserts of the world. His ability to fly granted him this and he
enjoyed every moment of his flying. Normall he worked on the mountains
that had formed from years of erosion, blasting them to bits as he
further trained his ki. Along with this, the man often flew high into
the air and trained with an intense wave of kicks and punchs. Hours
passed on and on as he did this, sweat dripping from his brow from the
intense training he did. With the afternoon coming on fast, he headed to
Kami for more intense training and a meal. The day would further go on
to come to evening. As this happened, he rested for a long period to
recover from his training a bit.

Tenshinhan's body could easily
handle the intense pressures he constantly put it under through these
days. As he did this, sometimes he did want to enjoy the smaller, less
intense things of life such as a stroll around West City. The night was
creeping ever closer and the Super Earthling left the look out after a
short nap to recover somewhat and headed through the skys towards West
City. Something feels strange about today...it's been in the back of
my mind but I've been able to sense something strange...as if this place
was being approched... Tien though, that feeling really being his
senses trying to warn him of the impending dangers of the approching
Saiyan's. The foolish man pushed them off though as if it was but
nothing to worry about and headed out to the city. He then landed,
taking the stroll that he had told himself he would.

Tien was
dressed in his usual green attire which didn't cover his entire top
half. He had on his normal pants and boots, laying his hands behind his
head and walking through the crowds of people. "What the...!?" Tien
thought as something from his senses kicked in and he looked up to the
sky. An object was off in the distance, something like a meteor heading
for the planet. It was moving so fast that at his currect power,
Tenshinhan was powerless to stop it. The area shook as the thing
collided with the ground and people seemed to flock with the area. A
strange sensation ran through Tien's body about whatever was going on
which made him much more wary then those onlookers who were approching
the pod.

The Super Earthling then heard a tiny voice ring out,
"Fine!", and raced to the scene. As he did, flames filled the area and
people ran in all directions, dying, in flames, which the initail attack
had killed many others. "I know something had to be wrong with this
day!" Tien yelled aloud as he flew high into the air and dashed over the
Crater. Spotting the little girl, he was amazed by her power and the
sheer fact that she was wearing armor. Better yet she had come from some
kind of space pod and had such power. It reminded him much of his fight
with Vegeta Jr. and he landed near the girl, though he had enough
distance to keep himself safe. "What is the meaning of this!? Why did
you hurt these innocent people!?" Tien exclaimed, confronting the girl
even though he wasn't at full power yet.

Further memories filled
the Earthlings mind as he looked at the girl. She seemed from space and
to be extremely young. To think, if a girl this young had this much
power then who else might be waiting in the shadows of space, waiting to
strike. It could be that she was alone, then again he didn't know for
sure about this. In any case, he tried to sense her ki but either it was
so large or so small, he couldn't tell her true strength. With piercing
eyes, he watched the girl ever closely.

Looks alright to me, Approved. Why the hell is your sample RP of Tien instead of Raditz though? Either way, your approved.
